For when you need protection on the go. Our Adult Nappy Cover is ideal for Snap-In-One systems when used in combination with our Universal Insert. If the cover is not soiled, you can just wipe clean, and snap in a new insert using the front and back snaps. Flaps on the front and back, also significantly reduce the risk of moisture wicking up into clothing. 
 
The Adult Nappy Cover is also ideal as the water proof layer for our Comfort Haven Adult Fitted Nappy.
 
Double gusseted leg elastics with a double lined construction for optimised containment. 
Snaps on both front and back to attach inserts.
Stomach elastic for comfort and flexibility while retaining security.
No crinkle! Unlike traditional plastic underwear, our adult nappy cover material is designed to be comfortable and silent. 
Can be used without an insert as a swim nappy.

S/M - Hip: 69-111cm / Rise: 66-76cm
M/L - Hip: 76-129cm / Rise: 76-91cm
If you are using with a fitted nappy and are close to between sizes, we advise sizing up.
4 size settings using the 3 rows of front snaps.
