We have ditched the microfibre!
 Now the insert looks like this,
Top - Stay dry microfibre for healthy skin
2x 70% bamboo viscose, 30% cotton mix for fast absorbtion and odour control
2x 55% hemp, 45% cotton for absorbtion capacity, antibacterial properties and wicking away urine from the wet zone, facilitating the full absorbent capacities of the insert.
Bottom layer - 1x 70% bamboo viscose, 30% cotton for security with fast absorbtion of any escapee urine.
Please note, due to the removal of the microfibre, it is essential to wash at least 2-3 times before use (without any fabric conditioner!) to ensure the natural plant oils are removed as these can repel fluid and cause leaks. Inserts will reach full absorbtion capacity between 8-10 washes. 
Overview
Designed to work with all of the Comfort Haven range, the Univeral Insert has elasticated gussets to provide additional containment and protection. With a stay dry fleece layer, this can be used to increase the absorbency of both the Fitted and All-In-One options, or used in combination with the covers as a Snap-In-One option.
 
Snaps in both the front and back for a secure fit.
Elasticated gusset for ultimate protection.

Please note there may be some shrinkage of the insert overtime. This has been taken into consideration during manufacturing so may appear oversized on first arrival.
