6 layers of super thirsty bamboo cotton (70% bamboo, 30% cotton) and lined with stay dry soft white microfleece.  There is a snap on the wider end of the insert. This insert is long and wide so suitable for older babies and toddlers.
 
This insert truly shined for Heavy Wetters in both the day and the night. For the night, pop into a Reusabelles or Junior Hemp Fitted (with the wider end at the front for tummy sleepers). During the day these can work on their own, but can be easily boosted if needed without adding any excessive bulk due to the slim fit of the Heavy Wetter.
